Role Summary
The Client Relations Specialist/3rd party Navigator role includes managing of egg donor, sperm donor, and gestational carrier screening & matching to intended parents for the end-to-end coordination of all 3rd party screening, compliance, and matching within the NEST program/Spring/Open Fertility. This role ensures adherence to FDA regulations, internal SOPs, and legal requirements while delivering a high-touch, patient-centered experience for egg donors, sperm donors, gestational carriers, and intended parents.
This position plays a critical role in scaling the 3rd party program while maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Review and process egg donor, sperm donor, and gestational carrier applications, coordinating preliminary testing prior to physician screening
- Facilitate matching between donors/gestational carriers and intended parents based on clinical, personal, and logistical compatibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned GC/IP and Donor/IP cases, guiding patients through screening, matching, and pre-treatment readiness
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with FDA regulations, internal SOPs, and confidentiality standards
- Create treatment calendars and provide step-by-step instructions to patients throughout their journey
- Confirm legal contracts, confidentiality agreements, and financial clearance are completed before treatment begins
- Manage patient concerns and escalations with timely, empathetic resolution
- Maintain and optimize workflows within the NEST platform while identifying process gaps and supporting SOP development
Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, fertility, or third-party reproduction preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows
- Ability to multi tasks, manage high volumes of clients and communicate succinctly using different formats
Employment Type
This is a full-time (40 hours a week/8 hours per day) non-exempt remote position working PST hours.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $26-32 an hour. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
