Spring Health’s Payer Success team is responsible for the flawless execution of all post-sale engagement with customers, exceeding variable revenue targets, and managing renewal and upsell opportunities across Spring Health’s payer book of business. We are looking for a Payer Growth Executive to join our team to oversee a Spring Health book of business and have broader ownership of payer growth. This is a full-time, remote position on our team reporting to the Head of Payer and Partner Success, this individual will spearhead key revenue targets and own customer relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as strategic relationship owner, product expert, and mental health advocate for a book of business made up of Spring Health’s customers
- Partner closely with the Head of Payer and Partner Success to evolve and execute on the post sale strategy
- Own variable revenue growth, maintaining primary responsibility of initiatives to drive specific revenue targets
- Activate key initiatives to drive cross functional accountability - making swift decisions to forecast and meet organizational KPIs
- Establish strong relationships with customer leadership, serving as a trusted advisor
- Represent the voice of payer customers to inform Spring Health sales process and product/operational roadmap
- Drive operational excellence with cross functional stakeholders to ensure Spring Health follows through on all contractual commitments across the payer book of business
- Serve as a point of escalation for payer service concerns, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions
What success looks like in this role:
Customer Retention and Renewal Rate: High retention and renewal rates, aiming to meet or exceed contractual renewal rates.
Customer Satisfaction and Engagement Score: A high customer satisfaction score, ideally improving or maintaining scores over time.
Revenue Growth and Upsell Rate: Meet or exceed variable revenue and expansion goals set by the company.
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Entrepreneurial mindset and innate ability to make swift decisions
- Business Development experience required with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health
- 8+ years of experience in account management/sales/customer success/healthcare management
- Extensive experience managing and scaling variable revenue across national health plan relationships is preferred
- Outstanding communication skills with a thoughtful and collaborative approach
- High integrity, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Desire to question, probe, and/or challenge partners in order to ensure their ultimate needs are met
- Willing and able to travel as necessary (approx. 15-20%)

- Experience driving strategic initiatives forward and comfort operating in ambiguity where there is no defined playbook for success
- Demonstrated ability developing best in class relationships, effectively scaling new product offerings with health plans
- Proficient knowledge of complexities and challenges in US healthcare
- Experience driving and activating member communication strategies at scale
