We’re looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Director, B2B Growth Marketing to lead our demand generation and AB efforts, playing a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of B2B Growth Marketing, this role is a key partner in shaping our go-to-market strategy, aligning deeply with Revenue, Product Marketing, and the Executive team. You will lead the deveTeam. You will lead the development and optimization of high-impact programs that accelerate customer acquisition, nurture decision-makers across complex buying journeys, and elevate our brand’s market presence.
We are only considering NYC-area based candidates for this role. This is a this hybrid position with 3 days a week in our NYC office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategy Leadership & Planning
- Develop long-range growth plans in partnership with the VP of B2B Growth Marketing, informed by market intelligence and evolving buyer behaviors.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy, aligning with company goals and sales objectives to drive measurable growth in qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the buyer’s journey and translate insights into GTM strategies.
- Campaign Management
- Ensure alignment of campaign strategy with sales segmentation, vertical plays, and account-specific initiatives at the enterprise level.
- Drive the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs—including paid media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, ABM, email, and events—to engage decision-makers and influencers across complex buying cycles.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign tactics, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Funnel Optimization & Growth Infrastructure
- Drive full funnel growth by developing high-quality lead generation programs, nurturing programs, and automated workflows that move leads through the funnel effectively.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, and Sales to continuously improve lead scoring, routing, and conversion processes.
- Leverage tools such as A/B testing, attribution modeling, and segmentation to improve campaign performance and accelerate velocity through the funnel.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to leadership teams and recommend adjustments to improve KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and ROI.
- Forecast demand generation results and track progress against KPIs and revenue goals.
Team & Organizational Leadership
- Lead and scale a high-performing team of growth marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and experimentation.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development support for team members
What success looks like in this role:
- Pipeline & Revenue Impact: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual pipeline contribution goals, directly supporting revenue attainment across key segments.
- Strategic Partnership with Sales: Build deep alignment with Sales leadership, resulting in highly effective lead routing, timely follow-up, and improved lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Campaign Performance Excellence: Deliver best-in-class, multi-channel campaigns that exceed benchmarks for lead quality, engagement, and ROI.
- Executive-Level Insights: Proactively communicate marketing impact and opportunities to senior leaders, contributing to go-to-market planning and CXO-level reporting.
- Scalable Growth Engine: Enhance the infrastructure, processes, and workflows needed to support predictable and efficient demand generation at scale.
- High-Performing Team: Attract, develop, and retain top talent while building a resilient, empowered, and results-oriented team culture.
- Market Visibility: Elevate Spring Health’s position in the mental health and benefits marketplace through strategic, high-impact marketing programs that raise awareness and preference among enterprise buyers.
What we expect from you:
- Experience: 10-12+ years in demand generation or growth marketing with a demonstrated ability to achieve lead and pipeline growth.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, ABM, and content marketing.
- Strategic Acumen: Track record of influencing C-level stakeholders and aligning marketing strategy with broader business goals.
- Analytical Mindset: A data-driven leader with strong quantitative and analytical skills to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborative Leader: Proven track record of working cross-functionally and leading high-performance teams to meet business goals.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams through periods of scale and transformation.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B, Healthcare, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus.
The target base salary range for this position is $199,090 - $248,860, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
