Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the FP&A organization and our processes as we scale. This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career financial professional to work cross functionally, gain leadership exposure, and help drive strategic decisions. The role will be pivotal to the future of the finance and Go-to-Market organizations as it helps define the playbook and processes for forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. This is a Full Time role, with a hybrid work environment, that is based in New York City. Occasional travel may be required for team or company events.
What you’ll do:
- GTM Analytics & Business Partnership: Partner with GTM and RevOps leadership to drive planning and analysis across bookings, upsells, and customer retention; ensure forecasts are grounded in pipeline data and operational assumptions. Work with GTM team on pipeline and bookings analyses to help leaders understand conversion trends, forecast accuracy, and sales productivity drivers.
- KPI & Metric Management: Partner with GTM business leaders to define, measure, and optimize key performance indicators and unit economics with strong focus on CACV, New Bookings, Upsells and retention.
- Management Reporting: Prepare, evolve and automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports to provide actionable insights for the finance team and senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Incentive Compensation and Commission Tracking: Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure alignment with financial targets and efficient plan administration.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Business Process Improvement: Drive operational efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements to business practices and financial processes.
- Business Variance Analysis (BVA): Support the BVA process by comparing forecasts to actual performance at the department and customer levels, identifying key drivers of variance and recommending corrective actions.
What success looks like in this role:
- Financial results are within 5% (+/-) of the budgeted and forecasted amounts
- Results are delivered to business partners within 1 day of the accounting close
- Accurate CACV Modeling: Build and continuously improve CACV bottoms up models within agreed upon timelines to aid in business decisions and strategic planning.
- Build strong strategic partnership with the Revenue Operations team.
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 yrs experience in total (Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A)
- B2B2C, marketplace, or B2B SaaS (subscription business)
- Superior excel and presentation building skills (building forecast models)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven success partnering and collaborating across a wide spectrum of functions
- Calm under pressure, moves quickly, ability to work with unknowns and translate data into conclusions
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite, Looker, Pigment a plus
- Ability to work with Python, R, or SQL a plus

The target base salary range for this position is $127,400 - $165,700 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
