We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.
We are seeking a highly motivated and execution focused Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team on a three month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension based on business need. This role will own full cycle recruiting for one or more Corporate or GTM aligned business units and will report directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition. This is an opportunity to step into an established recruiting function at a critical moment of scale and contribute immediately to business impact, candidate experience, and process rigor.
This is a full time, remote role with core working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. The ideal candidate can ramp quickly, operate independently, and deliver high quality hiring outcomes in a fast moving, high accountability environment.
What you’ll do:
- Own full cycle recruiting for assigned Corporate or GTM functions, from intake through offer close
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview plans
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting time to move and quality expectations
- Source, assess, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and outbound sourcing techniques
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Maintain accurate and timely data in Greenhouse and related systems
- Support fair, inclusive, and structured hiring practices
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical improvements that can be implemented at scale
What success looks like in this role:
- Achieve quarterly hiring outcomes (12 Corporate roles accepted per quarter).
- Meet Balanced Candidate Slate (BCS) requirements for at least 80% of eligible roles.
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in time-to-hire, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Our recruiters are recognized as a trusted advisor by business leaders and teammates, not just transactional partners.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of two years of recruiting experience supporting Revenue, Marketing, or other GTM teams
- Proven ability to independently manage full cycle recruiting
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
- Strong working knowledge of modern TA tools and familiarity with our (or similar) tech stack. Ours includes Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, BrightHire and ModernLoop. The ideal candidate has experience with most or all of these tools or similar.
- Highly organized with strong follow through and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high volume, and evolving environment
- Results oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
- Experience in a high growth or startup environment is strongly preferred
The target base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
