Learning Operations Assistant (US time zone only, 2 yrs exp, Location-Hyderabad)

Learning Operations Administrator (2 yrs experience, Work in US Time zone, Hyderabad only)

SprintRay, Inc. is currently seeking an enthusiastic Learning Administrator to join our team. This individual should have experience in scheduling training, managing client relationships over the phone and email, being detail-oriented, organized, possessing an operations background, and maintaining accurate records through our central CRM system. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate the scheduling of both virtual and in-person training sessions by coordinating with trainers, participants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth training experience.
  • Manage the training calendar and align trainer availability with the needs and preferences of participants, utilizing your organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of both virtual and in-person training sessions by coordinating with trainers, participants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth training experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end users and distribution partners, providing timely and accurate information, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service for various training-related queries.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to coordinate installations, including managing approvals for installation overages.
  • Track and schedule new installation and training orders promptly to ensure effective customer onboarding.
  • Manage the trainer pool to optimize resource utilization.
  • Generate detailed weekly reports summarizing completed training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduled and completed training sessions using information systems and databases.
  • Send onboarding communications and reminders to customers as necessary.
  • Contribute to the transition from our ERP system (Odoo) to Salesforce for better order processing, tracking, and reporting.  

Key Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years experience in a customer/technical support role 
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ERP software 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience with 3D Printing or Dental workflow is a plus 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Time management skills 
  • Attention to detail
