Digital Sales Specialist
Location: Remote/Sales Territory: Mexico City
SprintRay's Digital Sales Specialists have a customer facing role. In this role, the Digital Sales Specialist establishes new SprintRay users in their assigned geographic region by supporting existing channel partners. To accomplish this, Digital Sales Specialists organize and plan daily activities with a focus on user growth. These full lifecycle sales activities include but are not limited to; prospecting for new opportunities, virtual and face to face presentations to prospective users; post presentation follow up, completion of orders, study club attendance, trade show attendance, and user meeting attendance, among other sales related activities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and marketing strategies to drive unit sales and acquire new end users via channel partners.
- Organize and lead engagement events, demos, and product presentations to accelerate product adoption in radiology centers, labs, clinics and planning training centers across Mexico.
- Build strategic relationships with universities and dental schools to expand partnerships and introduce SprintRay technology.
- Identify and foster relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility and clinical trust.
- Become a go-to expert in integrating 3D printing digital workflows with SprintRay systems and materials, providing reference guidance on technical support and effective solutions for clients.
- Train and support channel partners and their sales teams, focusing on product knowledge and sales strategies, as well as providing coaching and guidance to potential clients.
- Monitor regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights for continuous sales success.
- Support channel partners in events, trade shows, and fairs to increase brand presence and sales.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction, optimize clinic and lab usage, and drive long-term product adoption.
- Generate monthly analytical sales reports for growth opportunities.
- Implement customer development methodology to drive sales, including managing CRM systems and pipelines to track interactions and leads.
- Manage administrative tasks including CRM input, expense management, and team meetings.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ Years successful dental sales experience
- Bilingual Spanish & English
- Strong dental related experience required.
- Dynamic presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Good technical understanding of 3D printing and CAD CAM workflow (preferred)
- Comfortable in virtual or in-person selling presentations.
- Requires overnight travel 25% to 40%, as territory demands,
- Business development skills
