Workplace Experience Associate
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Workplace Experience Associate to join our team at a prestigious hedge fund. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and comfort of our office environment, supporting employees and clients, and overseeing day-to-day workplace functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and vendor coordination (repairs, cleaning, supplies).
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee needs related to office amenities and services.
- Assist with event and meeting coordination (scheduling, catering, room setup, tech support).
- Manage workspace usage and desk allocations.
- Collaborate with vendors for timely service delivery.
- Assist with health, safety, and compliance protocols.
- Support technology and equipment troubleshooting.
- Foster a positive office culture through employee wellness initiatives.
- Provide administrative support, including inventory tracking and paperwork processing.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in office or facilities management or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
- Experience with office technology (AV, video conferencing) is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services or hedge fund environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, or occasional bending.
Pay Range
$23 - $25 USD
