Client Services Associate - Print and Mail Fulfillment
Job Overview:
The Client Services Associate (Print and Mail Fulfillment) provides exceptional office and mail services, delivering operational functions in the following areas: processing of document requests, prepping and kitting of materials, processing outgoing mail and shipping requests, replenishing/organizing/ordering office supplies (pens, paper, toner), ensuring copy/print machines are functional and stocked, and providing light maintenance/cleaning.
Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide superior customer service and demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Perform various support service activities focusing on printing, binding and kitting materials
- Perform various support activities focusing preparing outgoing mail and accountable items
- Utilize onsite resources, software and programs to ensure accountability and accuracy
- Maintain a consistent and flexible schedule to meet the changing needs of the business
- Handle time sensitive and confidential information, including documents, adhering to all security protocols
- Handle all inventory management of supplies weekly to include ordering, stocking, maintaining par levels
- Perform quality control functions as directed to ensure accuracy
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Monitor and reply to client communications, including email, in a timely and professional manner
- Calculate and document metrics, including daily volumes, meeting all reporting deadlines
- Maintain all compliance expectations regarding sensitive and confidential materials
The successful job seeker must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Must also be able to pass a client specific background screening
- Minimum of 6 months customer service or related experience required
- Minimum of 6 months demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Ability to handle highly confidential documents
- Working knowledge of MS Office/PC/Windows experience required
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook strongly preferred
- Familiar with printing devices preferred
- Ability to lift and/or move items up to 55 pounds or the maximum allowed by current State Law with or without accommodations
- Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations
