Lockbox Processing Site Manager

What you will do:
We are seeking a high-energy, metrics-driven Site Manager to oversee Lockbox operations in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is ideal for leaders from fast-paced environments who excel at managing high-volume workflows, meeting SLAs, and optimizing staffing.
No prior Lockbox experience? No problem—we’ll train you! We’re looking for leaders with a strong aptitude for process management, problem-solving, and team motivation to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in our financial transaction processing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Performance Management
Lead and optimize a high-volume processing operation, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.
Manage workflows, staffing, and machine utilization to support a 24-hour operational schedule.
Use real-time metrics and reporting to drive performance improvements and meet production targets.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage a team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring productivity and employee engagement.
Train, coach, and mentor employees to meet performance expectations.
Optimize staffing models, including weekend shifts, to align with volume demands.
Create a supportive, results-driven work culture that promotes accountability and teamwork.
Problem-Solving & Client Interaction
Identify and resolve operational challenges using data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes.
Address and resolve performance gaps, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all processing activities comply with industry regulations and security standards.
Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive operational success
Experience managing schedules, SLAs, and efficiency targets.
Comfortable with standing, walking, and engaging in hands-on management throughout the day.
Quick learner with a strong aptitude for picking up new processes and technologies.
