Typical Work Schedule: Monday-Sunday 8:00AM-6:00PM
What You Will Do:
- Promote and Upsell: Promote experiences to enhance the guest experience, such as VIP tickets, retail items, and restaurant recommendations. May include passing out seasonal flyers, maps, or other promotional items in order to achieve 10-15% flyer conversion to ticket sales.
- Guest Service: Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by warmly greeting guests, answering questions, and proactively sharing information.
- Assistance and Orientation: Offer directions and escort guests to destinations within the campus.
- Communication: Collaborate with staff to ensure timely responses to guest needs and provide guest feedback to management. This may include completing daily shift reports and attend team shift briefings.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, seeking assistance when necessary.
- Event Knowledge: Stay informed about daily events, programming, and special offers, and confidently share information with guests.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with peers to identify solutions, adapt to changing needs, and support new member training.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an actor, white glove customer service setting, or in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors as well as weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Physical ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods, move frequently, and occasionally lift 10-20 lbs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Pay Range
$30 - $35 USD
