Position Summary:
We are seeking a Hospitality & Workplace Experience Associate who brings warmth, organization, and a keen eye for detail to every interaction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hospitality setting—creating seamless catering experiences, supporting office events, and ensuring our workspaces are inviting and well-stocked. You’ll blend guest-focused service with behind-the-scenes operational support, helping our offices run smoothly while making every occasion memorable.
What You’ll Do:
Catering & Event Support
- Coordinate and set up catering for meetings, events, and special gatherings
- Ensure food and beverage presentations are professional, appealing, and timely
- Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of catering areas before, during, and after events
- Assist with event logistics, including furniture arrangements, décor touches, and technical needs
- Work closely with vendors to confirm orders, deliveries, and service quality
Mailroom & Logistics Support
- Process and track outgoing shipments, including UPS and other carriers
- Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages promptly
- Support bulk deliveries and large-scale mailings
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Provide a welcoming, professional presence for colleagues and visitors
- Anticipate needs and offer thoughtful touches to enhance the office experience
- Maintain pantry areas so they are stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times
Office & Supply Management
- Keep office and pantry supplies organized, stocked, and inventoried
- Prepare supply orders and communicate needs proactively
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Strong hospitality mindset and service-oriented attitude
- Comfortable lifting and moving up to 40 lbs
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Willing to travel between locations as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in catering coordination, hospitality, or events
- Basic proficiency with Excel, Word, and office systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Pay Range
$19 - $20 USD
