Hospitality Office Services Supervisor
Position Overview
The Hospitality Supervisor will oversee day-to-day hospitality operations within a corporate environment, ensuring a seamless experience across the barista bar, reception area, and event setup services. This role combines leadership, hands-on service delivery, and operational oversight to maintain exceptional standards of client service, staff performance, and workplace presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the barista team, ensuring consistent product quality, speed of service, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Implement training and development for barista staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee reception team and operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Train and support reception staff in guest management, telephone handling, and concierge-style services.
- Manage visitor sign-in processes and ensure compliance with security and safety protocols.
- Coordinate and supervise meeting room and event setups, including furniture moves, catering, and room readiness.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure events run smoothly and to client requirements.
- Conduct pre- and post-event checks to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor performance, conduct regular check-ins, and provide coaching where necessary.
- Act as the main point of escalation for service issues, resolving them quickly and effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or facilities supervision within a corporate, hospitality, or premium service environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Knowledge of food safety, health & safety regulations, and workplace compliance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to fast-paced, changing demands.
- High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail.
