Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

As the Marketing Manager you bridges the gap between execution and strategy, managing day-to-day marketing programs, campaigns, and content initiatives that support SPS business growth goals. This role combines hands-on experience with marketing tools and analytics with the ability to think strategically about audience engagement, campaign optimization, and lead generation.
The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional partners to deliver effective, data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social, search, content syndication).
- Translate strategic direction from the Marketing Director into actionable campaign plans.
- Manage the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Deploy campaigns using Eloqua, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads; implement A/B testing and optimization.
- Ensure all marketing assets meet brand and visual standards.
Content & Communications
- Adapt and distribute thought-leadership and customer-focused content for various target audiences.
- Oversee updates to digital content libraries, social media, and website pages.
- Support creation of collateral, case studies, and marketing materials that reinforce SPS brand identity.
Data & Analytics
- Track campaign metrics, lead flow, and conversion performance across platforms.
- Develop and present regular campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Maintain data quality and segmentation accuracy within Eloqua and CRM systems.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with Sales to align marketing campaigns with target accounts and growth objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for events, sponsorships, and trade shows.
- Contribute to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs through targeting, list management, and campaign tracking.
Process & Operations
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and asset libraries.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements for greater efficiency and alignment.
- Stay informed on new digital marketing technologies and trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise or professional services.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across email, social, and digital ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Eloqua, HubSpot, or equivalent) and CRM systems (Oracle).
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and tone.
- Collaborative communicator comfortable working across teams and geographies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; certifications a plus.

Pay Range
$80,000 - $90,000 USD
