Overview of Job/Team:
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys driving meaningful outcomes across teams. In this role, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple software projects in a fast-paced, agile environment. You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.

What You'll Do:
Project Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define project scope, timelines, success metrics, and milestones.
- Guide projects from inception through launch—tracking progress, clearing roadblocks, and managing scope thoughtfully.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps that teams can trust and rally around.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Be the go-to connection point across Engineering, Product, QA, and business teams for all things project-related.
- Foster a shared understanding of goals, status, and responsibilities—helping teams stay aligned and empowered.
Delivery Tracking & Operational Support
- Use tools like JIRA and Confluence to keep project tracking transparent and accessible.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers to monitor team velocity and delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating progress.
- Proactively surface and manage cross-team dependencies to minimize delivery risks.
Risk & Issue Management
- Spot potential risks before they become blockers, and coordinate resolution plans with empathy and urgency.
- Maintain clear risk logs and support teams in turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication
- Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates, thoughtful reports, and data-driven dashboards.
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure business goals and customer impact remain central throughout delivery.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in technical project management, program delivery, or agile operations.
- Solid experience managing software projects in agile settings (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Comfort using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms—especially if you’ve helped improve team workflows.
- Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills—you naturally bring people together and help them do their best work.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to balance multiple priorities without losing sight of the details or the big picture.
- Ability to engage with technical teams, understand dependencies.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (like AWS), CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, or monitoring tools.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in agile or project management (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, PMP).
- Experience working in SaaS, cybersecurity, or other fast-paced tech environments.
- Familiarity with delivery metrics and reporting frameworks like OKRs or DORA.
- Experience coordinating external vendors, partners, or globally distributed teams.
- Awareness of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, FedRAMP) and their impact on secure software delivery.
