Fulfillment Analyst Position Summary 

This role is responsible for the dissemination of confidential, legally required information, making certain that information is relayed timely and accurately and is distributed according to individual deal guidelines so as to ensure certain information is only shared with those privy to it, the review of completed packets for compliance with deal requirements and ultimately the release of equity consideration to shareholders.

The purpose of this position is to assist our outside clientele with the solicitation of the entire security holder base for a proposed transaction with the required deal disclosures and consents leading up to the eventual closing and payout of M&A transactions.

The corporate office of SRSA is located in Denver, CO, but this position will be fully remote.

Please note - Candidate must be located on the east coast of the United States or have the ability to hold east coast hours, starting as early as 7:00 am ET.

The salary range for this position is between $65,000k and $73,000k, depending on level of experience.

Fulfillment Analyst Primary Responsibilities  

  • Interpret capitalization tables and write data import instructions
  • Read and carryout steps provided in instruction letters for the release of escrow funds.
  • Formulate the appropriate processing methods according to the type of deal or request.
  • Interpret legal deal documents and build online document templates for use during the solicitation process so security holders can complete required data accurately and easily
  • Interface with other departments, specifically the Relationship Managers and Relationship Associates to ensure delivery of expected outcome by outside clients within the SLA.
  • Send mass solicitation announcements to security holders
  • Create status reports and use SQL to extract data from JSON objects
  • Reconcile each individual deal prior to payment or when any change occurs after the deal begins funding
  • Book deposits
  • Self-manage personal pipeline for in-progress transactions and report on statuses daily
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience, exceed SLAs and improve efficiency

Fulfillment Analyst Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-5 years of related business experience in operations or production services, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong project management, detail oriented, discretion and excellent communications skills will be essential in this role as confidential, sensitive communications are broadly distributed to sophisticated investors.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal are critical to ensure that the communication is not interpreted more than one way.
  • Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to handle multiple transactions at one time and should have the ability to work both as a teammate within the operations group and with a high level of autonomy on individual projects.

  • Ability to work in an open office environment where noise may be a factor.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with sophisticated clientele.
