Associate Product Manager
The Associate Product Manager plays a crucial role to build software and processes that drive our portfolio businesses forward. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll create strategies, user stories, process flows, and requirements documentation that guide development and reduce project revisions. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet identified business requirements and fulfill user needs.
- Translate high-level business needs into specific, actionable processes, breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks to drive projects forward.
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients, creating user stories and process flows that effectively guide development and reduce project revisions.
- Perform solution implementation and configuration with users in our portfolio, ensuring thorough testing and verification of solutions.
- Develop and finalize comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and business requirements documentation.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-paced product management role
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies or methodologies
Preferred:
- Experience with business systems and/or enterprise software
- Experience with software design, delivery, or implementation
