Role Description  

The Senior Director of Development will lead one or more software delivery teams. An ideal candidate is a proven technology leader with a track record of building highly scalable, 24/7 available applications and services. The successful candidate will be passionate about building and integrating industry leading services and applications in a scalable and reliable way as well as building a world class global engineering organization capable of rapid innovation while maintaining a high engineering bar.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Design and scale a development organization to be highly productive and scalable, enhancing team efficiency and adaptability.  
  • Develop and implement a robust system for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance accountability across the organization.  
  • Implement diverse delivery methodologies to enhance product delivery efficiency, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.  
  • Align resources, commitments, and stakeholder expectations efficiently to deliver high-value project outputs and solutions.  
  • Lead and optimize the integration process for Delivery Engine (DE) teams post-acquisition, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Or equivalent degree
  • 5+ years in Development Leader
  • Travel expected: <25%
