About the Role:

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be the organizational heartbeat of our recruiting team. You will ensure that every candidate, hiring manager, and team member experiences a process that is efficient, thoughtful, and true to who we are. You’ll support the full recruitment cycle through scheduling, communication, and systems management, while also helping to tell the story of what makes Stable Kernel a great place to work.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruiting Operations Support
    • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to offer.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Support in preparing job postings, reviewing applications, and moving candidates through the process efficiently.
    • Ensure hiring teams are equipped with the right tools and information before each stage of the interview process.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining our talent pool by keeping candidate information current and categorizing it by skills.
    • Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience).
  • Candidate Experience
    • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication.
    • Help design and deliver thoughtful candidate touchpoints (emails, thank-you notes, feedback communication) that reflect SK’s people-first culture.
    • Collect candidate feedback and share insights to continually improve the recruitment experience.

  • Administrative & Team Support
    • Manage recruiting calendars, templates, and communication systems to keep the hiring process running smoothly.
    • Support coordination of onboarding logistics in collaboration with People Operations.
    • Help plan and execute recruitment-related events (career fairs, networking meetups, virtual info sessions, etc.).
    • Provide project and documentation support for the Director of Recruitment and People Development as needed.

  • Employer Brand & Marketing Support
    • Partner with the Director of Recruitment & People Development to build and promote SK’s employer brand across social platforms and internal channels.
    • Assist in creating and curating content (photos, videos, posts) that showcase life at SK, highlight our values, and celebrate our people.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment between SK’s external brand identity and our talent communications.

 

General Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative operations.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a warm, professional tone.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Greenhouse or BambooHR a plus).
  • Excited by both the creative and operational sides of recruiting, which can span from candidate scheduling to storytelling.
  • Passionate about creating inclusive, positive, and memorable experiences for candidates and colleagues alike.

 

A Bit More Info:

Minimum Base Salary: $60,000 


This is a full-time position.

Stable Kernel operates a People Before Place Hybrid model, allowing most employees to choose where they can do their best work most days. Given the nature of this role, proximity to our Atlanta, GA headquarters is preferred.

Minimal travel is associated with this role.
