The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director, Business Intelligence & Revenue Systems to lead the evolution of our reporting infrastructure and GTM tech stack strategy. This role sits within the Commercial Strategy & Operations team and will manage a growing team of BI Developers and Analysts.

You'll be responsible for developing a cohesive, scalable reporting strategy that aligns with how StackAdapt runs—from empowering reps in the field to informing executive decisions. You’ll also play a critical role in shaping the future of our Salesforce environment and broader tech stack (Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar), ensuring tight integration and insight across the entire sales and customer lifecycle.

This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact work at the intersection of analytics, systems, and sales enablement.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada for this position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a growing team of BI Developers and Analysts, coaching and developing talent while fostering a high-performance culture focused on speed, reliability, and impact.
  • Own the strategy, implementation, and governance of GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar), ensuring scalable processes, clean data, and a unified reporting experience with end-to-end visibility across the buyer journey.
  • Develop a holistic reporting and analytics strategy that supports all layers of the Revenue organization—from front-line reps to executive leadership.
  • Oversee dashboard design and data visualization strategy across tools like Tableau, Salesforce, Gong, and others—ensuring consistency, quality, and usability. Translate business requirements into scalable data models and dashboards that align to stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with Revenue Systems and stakeholders across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance to ensure tools and workflows support efficient selling, high data quality, and unified reporting.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across tools and workflows to improve seller efficiency, data hygiene, and reporting scalability.
  • Contribute to strategic planning cycles through system-enabled insights (e.g., headcount modeling, capacity planning, territory design).
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards and scalable reporting documentation to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and self-serve access across the organization.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, or Sales Strategy, including people leadership experience, ideally with time spent at a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven track record in designing and operationalizing multi-level reporting strategies across a sales or customer-facing organization.
  • Expertise in Tableau and Salesforce reporting, with a strong understanding of how to tailor insights to different stakeholder levels.
  • Experience integrating and reporting across tools like Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, or similar GTM tech stack platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer lifecycle workflows and the data needed to drive adoption and performance at each stage.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to zoom out to solve org-wide problems while staying hands-on to drive execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable presenting to and influencing executive audiences.
  • Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python, BigQuery, or other data platforms a plus.
  • Passion for coaching and developing talent; experience building high-performing teams.
