With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

We are seeking an Enterprise Agent Solutions Developer, who will be the hands-on expert responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered automation and agent-based solutions to drive efficiency across enterprise SaaS business systems. You will independently design, prototype, and implement scalable & intelligent automation solutions that streamline cross-functional operations—spanning finance, sales, marketing, Legal, and HR—by integrating LLM-powered AI agents with tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and other SaaS platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth tech environment, loves solving complex business problems with AI and automation, and can drive initiatives independently from concept to deployment.

What you'll be doing:

AI & Agent Development:

  • Design and implement AI agents (LLM-driven copilots, taskbots, or autonomous agents) for real-time business process support and automation.
  • Develop conversational interfaces, context-aware workflows, and agentic task execution using LLMs like OpenAI GPT-4, Gemini.
  • Build prompt frameworks, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and fine-tuned models as needed for enterprise use cases

Intelligent Automation & Orchestration:
  • Develop end-to-end automated workflows by orchestrating tasks across systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, and other SaaS Apps.
  • Leverage and extend platforms like Workato & Zapier for robust automation and event-driven orchestration.
  • Integrate APIs, webhooks, and data services to enable seamless automation across siloed systems.
  • Manage existing agents and changes needs from governance and audit perspective.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with business stakeholders and application owners to identify and scope high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Translate business pain points into AI/automation solutions with clear measurable outcomes.
  • Present prototypes, run demos, and gather iterative feedback to refine solutions for real-world usage.

Innovation & Delivery:
  • Rapidly prototype AI solutions using internal tools and cloud AI platforms.
  • Contribute to an internal library of reusable automations, agents, and orchestration patterns.
  • Maintain high standards for automation quality, resilience, security, and observability.
  • Stay current with trends in GenAI, SaaS automation, and orchestration tooling to ensure best-in-class implementations.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS business systems and automation/integration, AI/ML solutions, or enterprise systems development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js, and experience working with APIs, webhooks, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI (OpenAI, Claude, Llama), LLM APIs, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with enterprise AI/ML adoption, including architecture for intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
  • Self-starter with the ability to own initiatives end-to-end, from problem discovery to production rollout.
  • Experience building workflows or automations with platforms like Workato, Zapier, or custom orchestration frameworks.
  • Experience optimizing workflows in domains like revenue operations, finance close, customer onboarding, or employee lifecycle.
  • Ability to run demos, collect stakeholder feedback, and iterate quickly in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational inefficiencies into scalable automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive and be nimble in a dynamic and fast-paced, fully-remote high-growth environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
