Creative Director

As our brand continues to scale globally, we’re looking for a passionate and visionary Creative Director to lead the evolution of StackAdapt’s visual identity and brand swagger globally. This is a rare opportunity to shape the creative heartbeat of a rapidly growing tech company and make StackAdapt a household name in the advertising technology space.

As Creative Director, you will be the steward of the StackAdapt brand. You’ll oversee a high-performing team of designers and creators to produce bold, innovative, and strategic creative work. You’ll bring big ideas to life across marketing campaigns, product launches, events, digital experiences, and more. Your leadership will be key in transforming StackAdapt into one of the most recognizable and respected brands in the global advertising ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing

Brand Strategy & Leadership

• Evolve, elevate and grow StackAdapt’s brand identity across all touchpoints—visual, verbal, experiential.
• Define and enforce brand guidelines to ensure creative consistency across the organization.
• Go big, go bold in making StackAdapt the most trusted and talked about brand in Advertising and Marketing

Creative Vision & Execution

• Ideate and direct campaign concepts that are breakthrough, on-brand, and results-driven.
• Lead the development of compelling creative across a variety of channels (programmatic, digital, print, video, experiential, etc.).
• Drive innovation in storytelling and content formats to engage diverse global audiences.

Team Management & Collaboration

• Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary in-house creative team.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to align creative with company goals.
• Build strong partnerships with external agencies, freelancers, and production vendors.

Global Brand Awareness

• Champion initiatives that enhance StackAdapt’s visibility and reputation worldwide.
• Lead creative for international campaigns, product expansions, and global events.
• Help position StackAdapt as an industry thought leader and category disruptor.

 What you’ll bring the the table

• 8–12+ years of creative leadership experience, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or advertising/media.
• Proven success in building and growing brands with global recognition.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of brand, campaign, and digital work.
• Inspirational leader with experience managing creative teams and fostering creative excellence.
• Deep understanding of integrated marketing, brand storytelling, and user experience.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
