StackAdapt is hiring a Manager, Client Services (MCS) to lead our Southeast 3 territory, representing the Florida market within the Eastern US Region of our Revenue organization. Reporting to the VP, Client Services, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Managers who are driving client retention and growth across a diverse portfolio of brands and agencies. We’re looking for a proven people leader with a strong background in AdTech, MarTech, or Programmatic advertising; someone who understands the evolving digital ecosystem and how to deliver meaningful client outcomes. As the territory leader, you’ll play a critical role in shaping team culture, representing your territory’s voice across the organization, and helping fuel StackAdapt’s continued growth in the US. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, as you’ll work directly with the Director of Sales in the territory to strengthen client partnerships, accelerate growth, and shape the future of StackAdapt’s presence in the Southeast.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers (AMs), fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client retention, revenue growth, and strategic partnership
  • Set clear expectations for success by tracking and evaluating quarterly revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance and accountability across the team
  • Coach AMs to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive results, providing hands-on support for key and high-potential accounts.
  • Reinforce a commercial mindset that empowers AMs to own the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top talent, ensuring each team member has a clear growth path and is equipped to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve team efficiency through new tools, streamlined processes, or enhanced training and education
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to represent the Client Services perspective, sharing insights and driving solutions that improve both client and internal outcomes
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for major client initiatives, building relationships with senior stakeholders and providing strategic consultation
  • Provide expert guidance on StackAdapt’s DSP, including campaign setup, performance analysis, optimization, and new opportunities to achieve client KPIs
  • Lead in-person and virtual client engagements such as presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training sessions
  • Travel as required to support client and team needs.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with a proven ability to lead from the front and inspire excellence
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, campaign strategy, or execution within the programmatic, adtech, or martech space
  • Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising, with hands-on experience using DSPs and Ad Networks
  • Familiarity with self-serve advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other DSPs
  • Strong track record of managing senior client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts with confidence, leveraging platform expertise to support client success
  • Demonstrated success in solving complex challenges through data-driven decision-making and scalable, creative solutions
  • Collaborative and influential partner who works effectively across departments to implement new ideas and optimize performance
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams and clients
  • Genuine passion for digital advertising and curiosity about emerging technologies and industry trends
