Programmatic Account Manager, App Install

Reporting to the Director of Sales - App Install, you’ll play an integral role in client relationships and driving adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, and account expansion opportunities across Mobile First brands and agencies. You’ll work closely with your Account Executives and Ad Operations Specialists to maximize performance for our customers.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in the United States for this position.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with Account Executives and collaboratively with other Account Teams to drive our advertiser growth strategy, report internally on advertiser performance wins and challenges
  • Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across our newest channel, App Install.
  • Set up and launch App Install campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including MMP mapping/troubleshooting.
  • Engage in daily contact with key clients, attend meetings collaboratively with reports and cross-functional team members.
  • Lead customer-facing communication for performance updates, including QBRs & other strategic meetings. 
  • Initiate performance investigations and work with Operations teams to tackle those and communicate any findings back to the client.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Supply, Legal, and Finance) to lead investment and legal approvals/renewals, structuring deals that maximize revenue for all constituents and entice clients to work with us.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap.
  • Be a self-motivated problem solver with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Identify key areas of revenue opportunity in the industry and within the region. 
  • Attending industry events to evangelize StackAdapt and our technology.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • An ambitious, forward-thinking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to make an immediate impact.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant sales account management experience; preference for those managing User Acquisition at a DSP or Ad Network.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile marketing techniques and technologies (DSPs, ad networks, exchanges, DMPs, SSPs, ATT, SKAd, audience targeting, etc.)
  • Familiarity with mobile app marketing strategies, including user acquisition, in-app conversion, and ROAS campaigns.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets or revenue goals consistently
  • A proficient knowledge of data analysis and visualization.
  • High-level client-facing skills; explaining complex technical concepts, negotiation, and strategic direction
  • Solid stakeholder management when working with clients and internal teams 
  • A  relationship builder with the ability to communicate skillfully with clients, peers, management, and other internal teams.
  • Proven ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement strategies to overcome challenges.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
