StackAdapt's Product Analytics team is looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Product Data Analyst to drive insights for our Product team. In this role, you will work closely with Product (Product Management, Product Design, UX Research, Product Ops), BI, Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams to provide actionable insights on our major product releases. 

The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of the AdTech space. Preference will be given to candidates that have exposure to DSPs/Martech. 

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Research, understand stakeholder needs and translate them into ad-hoc analysis.
  • Prepare and present QBRs to the leadership team and the wider product org, highlighting feature trends, opportunities and data-driven insights.
  • Support product GTM initiatives with strategic insights.
  • Partner with product analytics engineers to fix gaps in internal feature reporting infrastructure.
  • Partner with PMs/Designers/UX to drive downstream actions from ad-hoc analysis/QBRs.
  • Use LLMs to analyze qualitative data/product feedback.
  • Become an expert in ad-tech and programmatic media buying; understanding the competitive landscape, the evolving market needs, and how those things relate to StackAdapt's product offering.


What you'll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or product analytics.
  • 2+ years experience in advertising technologies. Exposure to MarTech would be a bonus.
  • Extensive track record of preparing and presenting QBRs to leadership or a wider audience.
  • Demonstrated ability in a similar role analyzing large scale data, using both SQL and Python, in a professional setting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools like Pendo or FullStory (engagement analytics), Business Intelligence tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)  would be a bonus.
 

The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location.

This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Factors Influencing Final Compensation:

  • The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
  • Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.

$104,000 - $123,500 CAD
