- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement quality gates, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and reduce regression cycle times
- Contribute to initiatives across our QE pillars: Prevent, Prove, Observe, and Scale
- Develop tools and dashboards for test analytics, providing visibility into test coverage, reliability metrics, and performance trends
- Solve complex testing challenges including test parallelization, isolation, and intelligent failure analysis
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team, helping to elevate QE infrastructure capabilities across the organization
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in software development or test automation, with at least 2 years focused on test infrastructure
- Experience with Page Object Model patterns and E2E test architecture using popular frameworks such as Playwright
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems (BuildKite, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and test automation frameworks
- Proven ability to build developer-friendly testing tools that drive adoption and improve productivity
- Experience with test analytics and using metrics to guide infrastructure improvements
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation and Python or Go for infrastructure tooling
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and experience with testing in complex environments
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex test infrastructure issues
- Good communication skills with ability to document technical solutions and collaborate effectively
- Track record of improving test reliability and reducing test execution times
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in testing (test selection, self-healing tests)
- Experience in adtech or similar high-scale, data-intensive systems
