The Data Partnerships team is responsible for identifying, engaging, and overseeing data providers essential to fueling products offered by StackAdapt including audience targeting, measurement, and identity solutions. Our commitment lies in fostering a diverse and dynamic data marketplace & verticalized solutions to offer clients a wide array of options on the platform. Managing over 200 partner relationships entails meticulous logistical coordination, continuous performance evaluation, and collaboration across key stakeholders all aimed at growing StackAdapt’s data solutions.

 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with Data Solutions and Vertical Program teams to shape the EMEA contribution to the global data product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive media investment across key verticals including Travel, Commerce, B2B, and Healthcare.
  • Identity & Signal Development: Lead the partner strategy for the enhancement of identity and addressability signals across the EMEA market, ensuring regional needs are integrated into global product initiatives and identity strategies.
  • Strategic Data Partnerships: Own relationships with key data partners across targeting, measurement, and identity. Identify high-impact partnerships, scale those delivering strong ROI, and optimize the broader partner ecosystem across diverse regional markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, product, and technical teams to strengthen go-to-market efforts as it relates to partner-specific solutions, as well as capture market intelligence, and translate customer insights into actionable product inputs.
  • Operational Scale & Automation: Partner with Technical Operations to streamline and automate partner onboarding, partner performance evaluation, and reporting processes to support scalable data operations.
  • AI & Data Integrity: Collaborate with internal AI teams to ensure the quality, integrity, and compliance of data signals powering AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 8+ years of proven programmatic digital advertising experience, specific experience across business development for SSPs, DSPs, data companies, media companies, or other related organizations is preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers at premium data partners within EMEA market, while effectively collaborating with internal solutions and product teams to align with regional and company-wide objectives.
  • Deep understanding of the data provider landscape across targeting, measurement and identity use cases.
  • Track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Legal & Finance teams
  • Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to problem-solving—able to develop hypotheses, design tests, and evaluate solutions tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities
  • An understanding and POV on how AI agents and/or AI-Based solutions will impact the marketing and advertising landscape, with a specific impact on the value of data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience using AI tools for research, automation and problem solving
