United States

The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.

We are seeking a Manager, Pricing & Deal Management to support our North America Commercial organization. Reporting to the Director of Pricing & Deal Management, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to drive scalable pricing strategies and deal execution.

In this role, you will play a key part in modernizing our Deal Desk through automation, AI-driven workflows, and process optimization, helping to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making. You will lead project-based initiatives that enhance deal structuring, pricing governance, and operational efficiency across the broader revenue organization.

While this role is primarily focused on North America, you will also provide support for the APAC business, partnering with regional stakeholders to ensure continuity in deal execution and pricing support.

The ideal candidate is strategic, a self-starter, driven, adaptable, highly organized, analytical, and has a strong eye for detail. Experience leading through a rapid growth/maturation phase, building operational processes at scale, and navigating international commercial landscapes will be critical to the success of this role.

StackAdapt is a remote first company. For this role, we are prioritizing candidates in the Pacific Time Zone.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proven leadership in operating a Deal Desk function—driving complex deal structuring, collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product), and implementing scalable workflows (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, CLM) to optimize efficiency, ensure compliance, and maximize profitability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bring proven experience managing commercial incentives across North America and APAC, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and business priorities.
  • Contract Review & Risk Mitigation: Partner with Legal to analyze contract language, identify potential risks, and propose modifications or new contract terms when needed.
  • Financial Modeling & Analysis: Support pricing, discount, and go-to-market decisions through robust financial analysis, while driving analysis and tracking of deal terms, attainment, and renewals to ensure scalable growth.
  • Automation & Workflow: Build and maintain automation workflows, including Salesforce administration to streamline deal approvals and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with various stakeholders to ensure new deal strategies and operational processes are effectively communicated, adopted, and continuously refined.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk or related roles (deal management, pricing & planning or tech strategy, pricing), ideally in AdTech organizations.
  • Design and oversee automated validation frameworks for pricing models, ensuring that algorithmic outputs align with regional margin targets and compliance standards.
  • Actively audit the Deal Desk lifecycle to identify and sunset low-leverage manual approvals, replacing them with logic-based auto-approvals for standard high-velocity deals.
  • Salesforce/Admin Expertise: Comfort with building workflows, automation, and integrations in Salesforce; proficiency in other relevant platforms (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Ironclad) is a plus.
  • Analytical & Organized: Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for juggling multiple high-priority projects and tight deadlines.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Mindset: Willingness to innovate, troubleshoot emerging challenges, and implement lasting operational improvements.
