We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns and help drive StackAdapt's virtual events and webinar program. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and data-driven — responsible for delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and awareness while ensuring live virtual events and webinars remain a consistent source of education, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
This role works closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content/Web, Performance Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to align campaign strategy with GTM priorities and ensure seamless execution across functions. This role reports to the Director, Digital & Integrated Marketing.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting pipeline growth, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives with a multi-channel lens, spanning email, paid social, programmatic, virtual sponsorships, content, and digital channels.
- Own end-to-end execution of live virtual events and webinars using BigMarker — from topic selection and speaker coordination to promotion, live delivery, and post-event follow-up.
- Lead campaign kickoffs, cross-functional alignment meetings, and project management to keep deliverables on track across content, design, and digital teams.
- Track and report on campaign and event KPIs — including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics — and deliver post-campaign analyses with actionable recommendations, working closely with the Marketing Operations team
- Support quarterly G2 review collection campaigns and amplify G2 assets across owned and paid channels in coordination with Product Marketing.
- Take ownership of the integrated campaign calendar and virtual event program with minimal ramp time.
- Build trusted working relationships across PMM, Content, Sales, and Digital teams.
- Pipeline Impact: Total lead (MQL and SQL) contribution and overall pipeline influenced by your integrated programs.
- Program Performance: Webinar and live virtual event attendance rates, alongside audience engagement scores.
- Execution Metrics: On-time and within-scope campaign delivery, plus a 100% completion rate on post-campaign analyses.
- Campaign delivery on time and within scope
- Post-campaign analysis completion rate
What You'll Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B, AdTech, SaaS, or Martech preferred) with a track record of owning integrated campaigns end-to-end — from planning through performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience managing live virtual events and webinars using platforms such as BigMarker or ON24, including full run-of-show and live operations ownership.
- Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional communication skills across teams including Product Marketing, Content, and Sales.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign (HubSpot, HockeyStack, or similar) and event performance data to generate insights and optimization recommendations tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
