About the Role:
The Product Team sits at the nexus of the Engineering, Business and the Operations teams. We identify opportunities and prioritize the company’s collective efforts by understanding our customer, our technology and our business objectives. As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the strategic direction and execution of product initiatives by defining roadmaps, driving cross-functional collaboration, aligning engineering and business goals, and continuously refine products through data-driven feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product vision and define strategic roadmaps for assigned areas of focus.
- Lead requirements development and maintenance in support of product vision.
- Foster communication and develop strong cross functional relationships between engineering, operations and the business teams in support of Stack initiatives.
- Partner with the engineering team to develop products/services that balance customer needs with resources and program timelines.
- Establish a feedback cycle for deployed products/processes incorporating both qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics. Update and revise product requirements accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Engineering or quantitative degree with strong technical aptitude.
- At least 8+ years of Technical Product Management or related industry experience.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to senior management.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to context switch between major focus areas.
- If based remotely, ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
- AV Trucking or autonomous industry experience preferred, but not required.
