About the Role:
Join our Mission Control team as a critical point of contact for fleet operations during off-hours. You will: maintain the highest safety standards, ensure seamless coordination of autonomous vehicle missions, and provide timely technical support.

This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA 100% in office.
Responsibilities:
Safety Monitoring & Incident Response
- Monitor fleet safety alerts and take action when necessary (weather, route, etc)
- Execute incident response protocols with precision and urgency
- Provide immediate troubleshooting and remote assistance for mission-critical issues
- Serve as primary escalation point, effectively triaging issues to appropriate teams
Fleet Coordination & Dispatch
- Coordinate and dispatch scheduled partner shipments and internal autonomous vehicle testing missions
- Execute strategic route planning to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for compliance and reporting
Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain clear communication with fleet operations, product development, service operations, and third-party partners
- Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally
Technical Operations
- Utilize advanced fleet management tools for monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Stay current with autonomous vehicle technology and operational protocols
- Apply problem-solving expertise to quickly resolve unexpected issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or) high school diploma with equivalent experience in logistics or transportation
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high pressure situations
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Valid US driver’s license and clear driving record
