
Director of Customer Operations
We're seeking an experienced Director of Sales Operations to optimize our sales processes, drive efficiency, and support our growth trajectory. In this individual contributor role, you'll leverage your expertise to enhance our revenue operations, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure our sales infrastructure scales effectively with our business.
What You Will Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of sales processes, tools, and systems
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our sales tech stack
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase sales efficiency
- Partner with sales leadership to establish and track metrics for pipeline management
- Create and implement training programs for sales best practices and system utilization
- Support strategic planning through data analysis and insights
- Drive revenue operations initiatives that align with company objectives
Who we are looking for:
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Proven track record implementing and optimizing CRM systems and sales technology
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, DealHub, ZoomInfo
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience building and scaling processes in high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree required
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

Actual salaries are just one component of the compensation package and may vary above or below the range based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and performance. The pay range for this position in Seattle is $150,000 - $180,000 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and other team-specific awards.
