Paid Social Manager

About the Role

Stacksphere is on a mission to empower businesses with insights they can trust to make informed purchase decisions. We’re seeking a Paid Social Manager to help us build our reach and oversee the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid social campaigns. This role will focus on driving growth and delivering results in a dynamic, growth stage environment. We’re looking for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of paid social media and a hands-on approach.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage and optimize paid social accounts across various platforms to achieve performance targets.
  • Implement and execute paid social strategies while staying hands-on with tactical execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and adjust paid social campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain processes for effective paid social management based on current best practices.
  • Conduct profitability analyses on opportunity segments to unlock growth (i.e. keywords, bidding, devices).
  • Constantly evaluate the competitive and paid media landscape to identify new growth opportunities, tactics, and channels.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain data, attribution, and reporting processes.
  • Communicate financial metrics, issues, and opportunities to senior leadership. 
  • Help inform the company’s strategy and “connect the dots” on paid social with our other initiatives. 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in business, finance, marketing, economics, or mathematics.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid social or analytical roles.
  • Track record of driving meaningful growth in paid social channels.
  • Experience with paid media principles such as keywords, ads, bidding automation, conversion funnels, website optimization, creative testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Social Platforms.
  • Experience in leveraging complex data to drive business decisions. Strong Excel expertise required. Competency in statistics preferred.
