Marketing Campaign Manager

As the Manager of Marketing Campaigns, you will be a key member of the marketing team responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. In this position, you will be the primary owner of SN’s email marketing and social media programs, ensuring they reflect our brand voice, deliver measurable results, and support firmwide growth objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who loves both the art and science of marketing as it requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and technical know-how.
Collaborating with team members, this role will build and optimize marketing campaigns that create brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads with messaging and visuals that reinforce the SN brand voice and positioning.

What you’ll do at SN:
- Lead and manage SN’s email marketing program, including campaign planning, email development, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain email nurture sequences, newsletters, and automated campaigns that align with firm initiatives and buyer journeys.
- Implement A/B testing to refine subject lines, creative content, and send-time strategies that boost engagement and conversion.
- Own SN’s social media strategy and execution, overseeing content calendars, post development, publishing, engagement, and performance reporting across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram).
- Collaborate with team to create cohesive, audience-driven campaigns that span email, social, web, and events.
- Manage data integrity within Constant Contact email marketing platform.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Manage tools and platforms related to campaign execution (e.g., Constant Contact, social scheduling tools, etc.).
- Stay current on trends in digital marketing, AEC industry communications, and professional services branding to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
What you may have done before:
- Worked at a professional services firm (CPA, consulting, or advisory) where the majority of the team is client-facing and billable, and developed marketing campaigns that supported client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Managed email marketing, social media, and multi-channel campaigns that align with firm objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborated with business leaders and practice teams to translate service offerings into compelling content and campaigns.
What it takes to be a Marketing Campaign Manager:
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or communications, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
- Demonstrated success managing email marketing and social media programs end-to-end
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tones for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience with Constant Contact or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic design platform
- Quick learner with ability to merge creative thinking with strategic goals
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced culture

Salary: The salary range for this position is an estimate of $70,000 - $82,500. A final compensation offer within this range will be based on factors including an individual’s skill sets, experience, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and geography.
