Position Overview
Stanley 1913, an iconic brand rooted in innovation and sustainability, is seeking a Order Management Technical Lead to lead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Order Management System (OMS). This role will be accountable for ensuring system integrity, seamless integrations with enterprise wide systems, and alignment with business needs to enhance operational efficiency. As a key leader in our supply chain digital transformation, you will collaborate across functions to optimize processes, improve system performance, and drive business value.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, configuration, and development of our order management system (OMS), ensuring alignment with operational goals and IT architectural standards.
- Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to define requirements and deliver functional specifications for OMS solutions.
- Maintain and enhance system integrations between OMS and other enterprise systems, including ERP, Planning, PLM, PIM and 3rd party software, and other surrounding applications.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify system improvements, gaps, or inefficiencies in operations and technical implementation.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical design for implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Conduct gap analyses to ensure solutions meet operational and business needs.
- Lead functional testing efforts, including unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Identify, track, and resolve system defects or issues during testing phases.
- Provide day-to-day support for end-users, addressing system-related inquiries and solve functional issues.
- Conduct training sessions for key users on OMS functionality and standard methodologies.
- Discover opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements within OMS to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
Who You Are
- A problem-solver with a deep understanding of Order Management and how technology can enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Candidates must be both proficient and actively engaged in hands-on in day-2-day responsibilities.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work across functional teams to drive strategic solutions.
- Analytical and meticulous, with a good ability to assess technical and operational requirements.
- Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement in supply chain technology and processes.
- A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Supply Chain Technology experience.
- Demonstrated ability in implementing, configuring, and developing in an enterprise-grade OMS.
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and leading all aspects of operations.
- Solid grasp of operations and supply chain standard methodologies.
- Proficiency in system configuration, development, and functional analysis of OMS software.
- Blue Yonder OMS certification or similar functional certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL or other query tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of integration tools and techniques (APIs, EDI, etc.).
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$150,000 - $170,000 USD
