Position Overview:

You will Maintain and improve supplier quality management system (QMS) and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), implement per company quality management guidelines and goals, make the supplier quality system work efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout all suppliers.

监督质量管理系统在所有供应商中的有效实施。

• Organize and manage the factory audit system and the corrective action reporting system.

组织和管理工厂审核系统及纠正措施报告系统。

• Conduct quality systems audits and assist in training/guidance to suppliers.

• Assist suppliers to handle 3rd party quality system audits.

协助供应商处理第三方质量系统审核。

• Coordinate the review of quality procedures associated with supplier continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collect, verify and analyze quality data defined in Stanley quality scorecard for monitoring targets.

• Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.

• Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis.

• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Who You Are

技能与经验：

• Previous work experience as a QA engineer for QMS or similar role for 5+ years.

至少拥有5年质量管理系统或类似角色的QA工程师的工作经验。

• Knowledge of ISO9000 or TS16949, Certificate of chief auditor is preferred.

掌握ISO9000或TS16949，首席审核员证书优先。

• Understanding of ISO14001 and Health and Safety Practices.

了解ISO14001和健康安全实践。

• Knowledge of measurement and lean manufacturing.

• Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

教育经历和要求：

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field

• Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
