Position Overview
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Global Controlling team. This role plays a critical part in supporting financial planning, reporting, analysis, and accounting across all our regional partners. The FP&A Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional partners—including Digital Technology, Human Resources, and Legal — to provide insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making. Your ability to drive clarity in the face of ambiguity, break down complex challenges and communicate financial information in concise, visually appealing ways, will be instrumental in success in this role.

What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of Stanley’s business plans, business models and key cost drivers and analyze actual, forecasted, and budgeted results to derive actionable insights.
- Support monthly close and forecasting processes in alignment with global timelines and reporting standards.
- Maintain and refine existing financial models and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and actionable outputs.
- Prepare monthly executive reporting packages and participate in leadership meetings to review financial and operating performance.
- Help identify and track important metrics; develop dashboards or reports for monitoring business performance.
- Support initiatives to streamline financial planning and reporting processes, growing efficiency and scalability.
- Deliver continual process improvements that produce data that leads to action that builds the business, prevents issues and advances decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in consumer goods or a multinational organization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), planning tools (e.g., Essbase/SmartView), and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles.
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$110,000 - $135,000 USD
