Position Overview: 

The IT Operations Analyst is the *** point of contact between staff and Technology team. Because of this, it is important the person in this role delivers solid technological assistance, have proven customer service skills, and be able to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal) and Chinese (Mandarin). This role requires a person who is on-time, present, visible, available, and who acts proactively to ensure minimal user downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

61    Provide solid technical support and great customer service to end users.
      提供扎实的技术支持，对终端用户具有强烈的服务意识。
61    Research, find and apply appropriate solutions to a vast array of technical issues.

61    Provide comprehensive support for endpoints, including hardware setup, software installation, Windows and macOS troubleshooting and peripheral device configuration.

61    Support endpoint device management through Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, policy configuration, compliance settings, and troubleshooting.

61    Support Cisco network devices (Routers, Switches, Access Points) and general network issues, including basic configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalation when needed.

61    Coordinate with global information security team to ensure local and regional compliance with corporate security policies and standards.

61    Provide support for IT fixed asset management, covering maintenance, inventory tracking, procurement, and overall inventory control.
支持IT固定资产全管理，包括维护、库存跟踪、采购及整体库存控制。
61    Support the IT team in project-related work, including documentation, implementation, and coordination.
协助 IT 团队完成项目相关工作，包括文档编写、实施和协调。

Education and Requirements: 

61    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
本科学历计算机相关专业，8年以上相关工作经验。
61    At least 3 years of experience in supporting end users on Windows and macOS platforms.
至少拥有3年支持 Windows 和 macOS 平台终端用户的经验。
61    Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 products (Office, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote etc.).
熟悉微软365产品（包括Office, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote等）。
61    Experience using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for device management, application deployment, and user access control.
具备使用 Microsoft Intune 和Microsoft Entra ID （原 Azure Active Directory）进行设备管理、应用部署和用户访问控制的经验。
Experience supporting Cisco network equipment (Routers, Switches, Access Points), including configuration and resolving issues.

61    Experience on cloud hosting such as Microsoft Azure, including resource provisioning, performance monitoring, and security/access controls is a plus.

61    Scripting (Batch, PowerShell, VB) and automation skills are a plus.
