What You'll Do
Order Processing and Management
- Understand structure e-Commerce store and operation
- Receive and confirm order
- Support managing AR statement between Partner order and company AR.
- Update OTC(Order to Cash) status and process
- Handle return and exchange requests
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries (email, phone, chat, etc.)
- Provide support to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
Product / Inventory Management
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels
- Manage stock intake and dispatch, and prepare inventory reports
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure inventory availability
- Maintain and regularly update the product master list, including specifications, categories, and internal codes
Sales Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and analyze sales performance data
- Prepare and provide sales reports
Marketing Support
- Assist with online promotions and events
- Maintain and Update online brand zone (Shop-in-Shop)
- Register products and write product descriptions
Other Duties
- Support eCommerce platform operations and management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Provide ad-hoc support to the E-commerce Manager and Senior Manager, including data collection, product updates, reporting, and coordination tasks
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales or sales operations
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (g., data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts)
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
- Excellent communication skills
- Foreign language skills (English)
