Position Overview

Stanley’s business is growing, and we're expanding our supply chain capabilities to ensure customers can quickly and reliably find the right products. We’re looking for a proactive Fulfillment Operations Manager with strong experience in B2B and order management. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between Sales, Planning, Logistics, and our 3PL warehouse partner

This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of order fulfillment and maintaining high levels of satisfaction for our B2B customers. You will lead all aspects of the order fulfillment lifecycle, from order placement to final delivery, while driving operational efficiency and cost optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for monitoring and expediting fulfillment of B2B orders to ensure timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main POC for 3PLs, customers, and sales for day-to-day order management.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment & shipping.
  • Maintain continuous contact with 3PL partners to understand their daily operations, daily and weekly capacities, and VAS capabilities.
  • Identify, support, and champion process improvements as needed to ensure standard methodologies and SOPs are defined, implemented, and followed.
  • Provide proactive communication on carrier service failures and field requests for status updates on urgent orders.
  • Provide 3PLs with updated vendor guides and ensure all customer compliance guidelines are followed for labeling, packaging, routing, and shipping to avoid chargebacks.
  • Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and sales on order progress.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delivery-related issues. Work with 3PL & IT to ensure on-time ASN transmittals to retailers.
  • Partner with 3PLs to streamline order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Review and dispute order fulfillment related chargebacks.
  • Collaborate with planning, sales, order management, and logistics to lead the following: on-hand inventory levels, outbound order & inbound container forecasts, weekly outbound working capacity at the 3PL, bulk and rack storage capacity, replenishment and inventory transfer opportunities
  • Run reports as requested for S&OP and forecast meetings, weekly and monthly business reviews, and operational analysis.
  • Track KPIs established for 3PLs and holds our partners accountable, using data-driven analysis to drive operational efficiencies
  • Role requires some travel

Who You Are

  • BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in operations and/order management. Experience working in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • B2B fulfillment and account management experience, supporting major retailers is required. Amazon fulfillment and vendor management experience is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment procedures. Experience working with a 3PL is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and collaborating with remote and offshore teams across time zones, ensuring seamless order fulfillment execution and communication.
  • Experience working within an ERP, OMS, WMS, and vendor portals – experience with Manhattan, Maves, Vendor Central, and Oracleis ideal.
  • Strong analytical mind with problem-solving proficiency.
  • Self-motivated and meticulous, with a strong ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal direction.
  • Team player with ability to cultivate positive relationships and communicate effectively and proactively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

 

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$105,000 - $130,000 USD
