Position Overview

Join Stanley 1913 as the Global Brand Marketing Manager, where you will play an integral role in crafting and delivering impactful, outstanding marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our bold vision by performing compelling campaigns that connect with diverse consumer audiences worldwide. You’ll partner cross-functionally at Stanley 1913 to launch high-energy marketing programs that align with our global brand direction, fueling growth and deepening brand affinity. Preferred location is Seattle, WA working out of our HQ in a hybrid work environment. 

What you'll do

  • Global Go-to-Market: Support GTM strategy for seasonal collections, core products, and new category launches across global markets.
  • Brand & Product Storytelling: Help craft compelling narratives that bring our product and brand values to life across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Regional Insights: Partner with local teams and conduct market research to understand cultural nuances, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Product Positioning: Define positioning frameworks, key benefits, and messaging hierarchies that resonate across diverse customer segments and regions.
  • Creative Briefing: Collaborate closely with creative, content, and merchandising teams to develop campaign briefs, lookbooks, and product education tools.
  • Campaign Development: Help develop integrated marketing campaigns (digital, PR, social, retail, experiential) to support product launches across all markets.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and oversee performance tracking, post-launch analysis, and reporting to optimize future collaborations.
  • Budget Management: Manage collaboration marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI.

  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work seamlessly across functions and personalities.
  • Deeply empathetic and intuitive in connecting with what emotionally drives consumer behavior.
  • Insightful and trend-savvy, with a curiosity about identifying influential moments before they hit the mainstream.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in product marketing or brand marketing, ideally at a global lifestyle or consumer brand.
  • Deep understanding of lifestyle consumer behavior and trends — fashion, beauty, wellness, or home goods preferred.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, particularly in collaboration and partnership marketing
  • Proven track record of managing product launches and brand campaigns with global impact.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand voice; experience working closely with creative teams is a must.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with global markets (North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, or Latin America) and appreciation for cultural nuance.
  • Passion for aesthetics, culture, and emotional branding.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Salary Range

$95,000 - $125,000 USD
