Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating sales and presentation materials (using PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Manage and update customer and sales data (primarily using Excel)
- Coordinate schedules, set up meetings, and take meeting minutes
- Provide administrative support related to communications with buyers (handling requests, etc.)
- Coordinate with external distributors (handling requests, etc.)
- Handle phone and email correspondence (Japanese and English), excluding high-level negotiations
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and conducting research
- Support the manager with various tasks (arranging logistics, preparing documents, etc.)
Qualifications:

- Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level proficiency required)
- Proficient in basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
- Able to communicate effectively with proper reporting and coordination
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and working proactive
