Position Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Oracle Engineering to lead a team owning all aspects of the selection, implementation, and sustainment of our enterprise applications. Stanley is growing quickly and in this role, you will ensure that our business systems are a force multiplier for our teams and enable us to scale effectively.
You will collaborate with company leaders, develop workflows, and manage project implementation for Oracle ERP. You’ll also help the members of the digital technology team as they deliver valuable tools to the business, build their own capabilities, and build experiences that delight our customers

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers, architects and analysts responsible for our Oracle ERP roadmap and ecosystem
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle ERP/EBS solutions across the enterprise.
- Own end-to-end solution delivery for core retail processes including Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, and Accounts Management.
- Drive integration strategies with 3PLs, EDI, and other enterprise systems.
- Translate prioritized needs into technical requirements, supporting the system and functional application level. Define the system structure, expected templates and test plan.
- Work with global partners to ensure smooth and uninterrupted global expansion of our technology ecosystem.
- Support user acceptance of the full-scale solution, identifying solution owners and super users.
- Train solution owners and super users in relevant areas of systems and applications for which they will be responsible.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS architecture, implementations, and upgrades with at least 5+ years in a technical leadership role
- Expert understanding of Oracle technical architecture, including APIs, workflows, integrations and customizations.
- Proficiency in managing multi-functional teams and meeting project goals effectively.
- Superb communication and partner engagement skills.
- Experience with ERP modules such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance and Accounting, and related modules
- Demonstrated success in supporting global technology ecosystems
- Experience working in consumer packaged goods, retail, or eCommerce industries
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$160,000 - $180,000 USD
