About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to strategically strengthen relationships with our major retail accounts(Offline channel), drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive professional who can independently handle key accounts and take ownership of account strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts

  • Improve connections with clients and boost sales through effective negotiation and active engagement

  • Analyze client challenges and provide new proposals and solutions

  • Coordinate with internal departments to drive projects and resolve issues

  • Manage sales progress, reporting, and performance analysis

  • Capture and analyze market and competitor insights to advise account strategies

  • Manage and supervise field sales representatives (rounders)

Requirements (Must-have):

  • 6+ years of corporate sales experience, with a focus on managing meaningful accounts helpful

  • Strong client negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Highly proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent coordination and project management skills

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven key account management experience (must-have)

  • Industry knowledge and experience (consumer goods preferred; FMCG and high-end luxury excluded)

  • Native-level Japanese with business-level English proficiency
