We’re building a pipeline of Supply Chain Fulfillment professionals. If you’re excited about leading all aspects of the order fulfillment lifecycle, from order placement to final delivery, while driving operational efficiency and cost optimization, we’d love to hear from you!  

What You'll Do (Future Roles May Include) 

  • Monitor and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction. Working to understand their daily operations, daily and weekly capacities, and VAS capabilities. 
  • Point of contact for 3PLs, customers, and sales for day-to-day order management.  
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delivery-related issues. Work with 3PL & IT to ensure on-time ASN transmittals to retailers.  
  • Evaluate and optimize fulfillment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.  
  • Review and dispute order fulfillment related chargebacks.  
  • Collaborate with planning, sales, order management, and logistics to lead the following: on-hand inventory levels, outbound order & inbound container forecasts, weekly outbound working capacity at the 3PL, bulk and rack storage capacity, replenishment and inventory transfer opportunities  
  • Track key performance indicators established for 3PLs and holds our partners accountable, using data-driven analysis to drive operational efficiencies  
  • Some travel anticipated  

Who You Are   

  • Experience in operations and/order management. 
  • Working in the consumer goods industry is a plus.  
  • B2B or eCommerce fulfillment and account management experience, supporting major retailers is required. Amazon fulfillment and vendor management experience is a plus.  Thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment procedures.  
  • Experience working with a 3PL. 
  • Team player with ability to cultivate positive relationships and communicate effectively and proactively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
