What You’ll Do (Future Roles May Include)
- Concept, develop, and deliver compelling CMF artwork, finishes, and color stories for new products and collaborations.
- Research and analyze trends across fashion, beauty, home, automotive, and lifestyle to encourage and inspire innovative CMF directions.
- Translate creative concepts into production-ready files, maintain asset libraries, and manage dielines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Development, Product Management, Industrial Design, Engineering, and Sales—to execute timely, brand-right solutions.
- Present ideas to internal teams and external partners, supporting go-to-market and sampling needs.
Who You Are
- Passionate about color, materials, and finishes, with a strong balance of creative vision and technical skills.
- Experienced in hardgoods or softgoods design with knowledge of printing and finishing processes.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office; PLM or Keyshot experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Typically brings 2–5+ years of relevant CMF, graphic, or color production art experience.
