We’re building a pipeline of Visual Designers and Brand Designers across our Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications teams. What You’ll Do (Future Roles May Include) 

  • Develop and apply brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across print, digital, experiential, and social platforms.
  • Create high-quality design assets for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, internal presentations, employer branding, and people experience initiatives.
  • Contribute to design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time, brand-right results.
  • Translate brand objectives into visually compelling concepts that elevate Stanley’s presence internally and externally.
  • Brainstorm and partner with creative teams, marketing, and communications stakeholders to deliver innovative ideas and best-in-class visual storytelling.
  • Manage and organize design assets, templates, and vendor coordination for flawless production. 

Who You Are 

  • A creative problem-solver with 3–5+ years of professional experience in brand, visual, or graphic design (corporate or agency).
  • Skilled at branding, identity design, visual design, print, experiential, and digital design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; experience with CMS, ESP, or DAM tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, and color theory with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to present concepts effectively and adapt to feedback.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Holds a degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Art, or Graphic Design, or equivalent direct work experience.
  • Online portfolio showcasing relevant, high-quality finished work and in-process examples.
