Expression of Interest - Demand Planning Manager
We’re building a pipeline of Supply Chain Demand Planning professionals. If you’re passionate about leading cross functional teams in integrated forecast planning, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do (Future Roles May Include)
- Drive i engagement and communication, tailoring strategies to improve long-term forecast accuracy across channels.
- Develop critical metrics and dashboards to monitor, analyze, and improve forecast accuracy for D2C operations.
- Develop and mentor associates through hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning, encouraging expertise in forecasting for D2C businesses.
- Collaborate with supply planning to ensure timely delivery of new products and replenishment orders, effectively managing inventory levels aligned with sales plans for various channels.
- Identify areas of risk and opportunity for the business, working to reconcile forecasts with finance and clearly communicating issues or opportunities.
- Develop WOC reporting to manage inventory levels, find future forecasts, seek opportunities to identify top sellers, and address excess inventory, with strategies customized for D2C and B2B market demands.
Who You Are
- Biases toward processes, metrics, and continuous improvement; inquisitive with a passion for learning, growing, and understanding the WHY through analysis of data.
- Adeptly melds data and intuition when developing and presenting solutions and plans.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and business insight
- Expertise in both DTC and B2B environments. E-commerce experience preferred.
- Experience managing and developing teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Oracle or similar planning applications.
- Proficient in advanced forecasting concepts, principles, and standard methodologies, with application in B2B and D2C markets.
- Preferred knowledge of demand forecasting systems and PowerBI.
