Position Overview
Stanley 1913 is growing, and we are building our supply chain capabilities to ensure our consumers can quickly find the right product for them. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager with a strong background in personalization, customization fulfillment operations, and account management. In this role, you will be the key interface between Stanley eCommerce, Sales/Business Development, and our 3rd party logistics (3PL) providers. This role requires outstanding interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities coupled with a strong understanding of supply chain management, fulfillment principles, and product customization.
Seattle, WA preferred will consider Southern, CA and PA.
What You'll Do
- Oversee key 3PL performance in our fulfillment network, focusing on customization and serving as the main link between Stanley Supply Chain and our 3PL partners.
- Customization includes, but is not limited to, laser etching, pad printing, embroidery, and kitting.
- Lead all aspects of communications, reporting, and critical issues to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently. Conduct regular reviews and audits of 3PL performance with collaborators to maintain alignment on near-term requirements and solutions.
- Work closely with internal team members and 3PL partners to improve current operations. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive the implementation of workflow, process changes, and customization improvements.
- Monitor contract compliance of 3PL’s and resolve any contractual issues that may arise. Resolve any other account issues in a timely manner as they arise.
- Stay current on industry trends to serve as an informed resource for both clients and internal teams.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional Supply Chain Management experience.
- Experience, specifically but not limited to laser etch, pad print, kitting, and embroidery is a plus
- Knowledge of laser machines such as Trotec is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a 3PL partner or network.
- Demonstrated capability in negotiation and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$145,000 - $165,000 USD
