Stanley's investments in paid media consistently drive brand awareness and engagement among key audiences. Media and creative strategies work seamlessly together to tell the Stanley story in impactful and memorable ways. Guided by data and insights, the team continuously refines media decisions to ensure smarter, more efficient strategies that fuel ongoing optimization and growth. Using various paid platforms, the company presents its products with authenticity, relevance, and a premium positioning.
The Senior Paid Media Manager will have a significant impact in shaping and propelling paid media tactics that improve awareness, engagement, and growth for the brand. The successful candidate will need a balance of critical thinking, precise analysis, and collaborative creativity to generate measurable impact across online platforms, social media channels, influencer networks, and traditional media outlets. In this role, you will partner closely with brand, creative, and analytics teams—as well as external agencies—to develop and implement integrated media plans that bring the brand’s story to life and drive business results.
What you'll do
Media Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development of comprehensive brand media strategies that align with Stanley’s business objectives and seasonal marketing priorities.
- Convert brand narrative targets into implementable media tactics spanning digital, social, influencer, and offline platforms.
- Define the role of each channel within the marketing mix to improve both brand equity and drive conversions.
- Campaign Management
- Lead media planning, buying, and optimization in partnership with agency partners and internal teams.
- Run campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure detailed execution.
- Engage with creative and content teams to coordinate messaging and assets with media placements and audience insights.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze media performance across platforms, finding opportunities to enhance return on investment and efficiency.
- Share actionable insights and findings with internal collaborators to inform future campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and measurement standards across all paid media efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work cross functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, Retail, and eCommerce teams to align on campaign objectives and audience targets.
- Partner with the analytics team to build out testing frameworks, KPI dashboards, and measurement models.
- Coordinate with PR, influencer, and social teams to ensure earned and paid efforts complement one another.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Lead day-to-day management of media agencies and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality execution.
- Evaluate and onboard new media partners and platforms that can expand Stanley’s reach and efficiency.
- Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay current with emerging media trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to keep Stanley’s media strategy modern and effective.
- Test and pilot new platforms or creative approaches that push the brand forward.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in brand media, digital marketing, or integrated communications.
- Proven experience leading paid media strategy for consumer or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including paid social, programmatic, search, and influencer media.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using performance data to optimize campaigns.
- Skilled collaborator with experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners.
- Passion for brand storytelling and connecting strategy to measurable impact.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$60 - $75 USD
